China's Sinocare to buy Nipro Diagnostics

03-Nov-15 Chinese diabetes tech firm Sinocare has signed an agreement to acquire Nipro Diagnostics from Japan's Nipro Corp, for USD273 mn. Nipro Diagnostics is based in Florida and manufacturers products for people with diabetes, including a portfolio of blood glucose monitoring technologies.
